If you contact us via forms on the website, we collect your master data (e.g., name, email) for the purpose of handling your enquiry.

b) Legal basis

Data is processed based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance or pre-contractual steps) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing enquiries).

c) Storage period

The data will be stored for up to six months after the last interaction for follow-up purposes. If a contractual relationship is established, data will be stored until the end of the contract and deleted thereafter, in line with the principle of data minimization (Art. 5(1)(c) GDPR).

d) Disclosure to third parties

We do not share your website data with third parties, except with service providers who are contractually bound and required to process data only for the agreed purposes.

a) What data is collected and why

Phone number: Stored and shared with a third-party provider to enable authentication.


Device ID: Stored and shared with a third-party provider for system security purposes.


Location data: Not collected/not shared


b) Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring system functionality and security).

c) Third-party providers

Data is shared with the following service providers for specific technical functions.

These providers are contractually bound to comply with data protection regulations.

d) Storage and deletion

Your data is stored only while your phone is actively registered in the system.


e) Security

All data transmissions are encrypted. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
